Rooms were really nice and very modern and roomy. Not to keen on the modern look but this was ok. Service was excellent! From the front desk, restaurant, cleaning crew, bus driver….all had great customer service and comforting attitudes. Location was ok…I’ll still give it a 5 because of the hotel and staff. Close to the airport..but still have to leave early if you have to go to the other terminal….now that really sucked.

Never going back again. They first check me into a room where someone was already taking a bath. Then they check me into a smaller room. The reception gave me all kind of excuses from - sometimes the guest donÂ¿t leave to our systems are updating.

The check in and out process was very easy and the staff were exceedingly professional and courteous. Loved the fact that my room was so fresh and clean. Spool was well maintained.
